These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you", "your") and WTC88 ("WTC88", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the WTC88 online gaming platform accessible at wtc88.cam ("Platform"), including all associated services, features, games, promotions, and payment facilities provided by WTC88.

• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's account at any given time, excluding any bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements.

• "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity expressly prohibited under Section 8 of these Terms.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all account balances and transactions are denominated by default.

Access to the WTC88 Platform and registration of an account is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained for the duration of your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. WTC88 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all casino-style gambling activities. You will be required to provide documentary proof of age as part of the KYC process.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to use the Platform under the laws of your country of residence.
• Single Account: You may hold only one active WTC88 account. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms.
• Personal Use Only: You must register and use the Platform solely for your own personal recreational entertainment. You may not register or operate an account on behalf of another person or as an agent of any third party.
• Not a WTC88 Employee: Current employees, contractors, or immediate family members of WTC88 and its affiliated entities are not eligible to hold a Player account.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion arrangement with WTC88 or any other gambling operator at the time of registration or during your use of the Platform.

To access the gaming services offered on the WTC88 Platform, you are required to complete the account registration process. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. WTC88 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other online account;
• Enable two-factor authentication where available;
• Never share your login credentials with any other person;
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

WTC88 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal request. Required documents may include a valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued identification, together with proof of address and proof of payment method.

By using the WTC88 Platform, you agree to use it solely for its intended purpose as a recreational gaming and sports betting platform. You accept the following general terms governing your use of the Platform:

• All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. WTC88 reserves the right to void bets in the event of technical errors, incorrect odds publication, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• WTC88 provides gaming services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for losses arising from technical downtime or maintenance periods.

WTC88 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT. All account balances are held and transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. WTC88 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply transaction charges.

Withdrawals: To be eligible for a withdrawal, you must have:

• Completed KYC verification to WTC88's satisfaction;
• Met any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds;
• Deposited at least once using the payment method to which you are withdrawing (where applicable).

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and the volume of requests being handled at the time of submission.

WTC88 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large transaction amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. Withdrawals suspected of being connected to fraud, money laundering, or Prohibited Conduct will be suspended pending investigation.

WTC88 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. The availability, value, and conditions of each promotion are as described in the applicable promotion page at the time of the offer.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before the associated funds or winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus offers have fixed validity periods (typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of credit). Unexpired, unmet wagering requirements result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
• Maximum Bet Cap: While bonus funds are active in your account, a maximum bet cap applies per round or spin (typically RM250 to RM500 as specified in the promotion). Exceeding this cap may result in the disqualification of winnings from that round.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions impose a ceiling on the total amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings, regardless of the amount won. The applicable cap is stated in the promotion terms.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward clearing a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games, live casino titles, and certain other categories may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%). Refer to the promotion terms for full contribution tables.
• Bonus Abuse: Any Player found to be exploiting bonuses through prohibited methods — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or systematic bonus abuse — will have all bonus balances forfeited and their account permanently closed.

WTC88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion prior to amendment will continue to be bound by the terms applicable at the time of the claim.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the WTC88 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban from the Platform:

• Registering more than one account per individual person or household;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting glitches, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software to gain unintended advantages;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or to facilitate the proceeds of crime;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Attempting to charge back deposits or dispute legitimate transactions through a payment provider;
• Accessing the Platform if you are subject to an active self-exclusion agreement;
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward WTC88 staff or other Players.

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, game interfaces, audio, visual materials, and other intellectual property available on the WTC88 Platform are the exclusive property of WTC88 or its licensed content providers and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile any software underlying the Platform;
• Use any WTC88 trademark or brand asset without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of WTC88 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WTC88 shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from or connected with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Losses sustained through wagering, betting, or gameplay activities;
• Technical failures, server downtime, connectivity issues, or third-party system outages;
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit WTC88's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

WTC88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to Prohibited Conduct;
• Failure to pass KYC verification within a reasonable period of request;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Regulatory direction or legal requirement;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than fraud or breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC requirements. Bonus funds credited to the account at the time of closure are non-refundable.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting WTC88 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 3 to 5 business days.

Amendments that are non-material — such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or changes required by law — may be made without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
